At the end of 2002, there were already over 500 schools, groups and individuals participating in this program. 200 of these have just begun to share their experiences with others, and 110 active partners have already begun to earn flowers on their Trees of Hope, while over 50 have already begun growing their second tree. Ideas shared by partners are gradually becoming more diverse and creative, however there have also been some instances of partners straying from the concepts. Their reports show the progress and achievements in environmental education in Taiwan's schools over the years.
