The School Environmental Education Practical Contest was initially held by Ministry of Education (MOE) in 2018. The goals aim at implementing environmental education (EE) policy, integrating EE into 12-Year Basic Education Curricula, promoting EE actions to teachers & students , and cultivating their problem-solving capacities. Five main issues in the contest are included as Environmental Ethics, Sustainable Development, Climate Change, Disaster Prevention and Protection, Sustainable Use of Energy Resource. Through the contest, teachers and students will get more opportunities to practice EE actions in the real life, and broaden their views to concern the environment.
